Our rates are set by the Commission based on capital and operating costs of the District. BWD is a municipal utility, so the decision of the Commission is final (Municipal utilities are NOT regulated by the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission - See).
Billings
Belfair Water District #1 bills monthly. Your payment is due by the 28th of the month.
Bills may be paid by cash, check, credit cards, or debit cards by mail or in the District office or by credit or debit card online.
If You Disagree With Your Billing
If you believe your bill is in error, please call (360) 275-3008, and we will attempt to resolve the issue. If we cannot come to a mutual agreement, you may appeal your case to the Commission at their next regular meeting.
Belfair Water District #1 is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Belfair Water District #1
